We appreciate how seamless they make the process. Their in-store service is reliable, but they also offer mail-in repairs and pick-up/drop-off services, which are incredibly convenient.
On top of that, they have a repair cafe. It’s essentially a community workshop where they fix broken items for free. And places like UCL and Great Ormond Street Hospital trust them, which is a good sign.
