“I called Deluxcore to completely redo a dreadful bathroom done by a couple cowboys. The team done a brilliant job, everything has been carried out professionally. I got everything done the way I wanted and they also did extras I didn’t think of. They did way more than they were meant to without charging a penny over the quoted amount and the receipts of everything they bought to do the job was sent to me for evidence. A WhatsApp group was created with all the workers so nothing was hidden and the details were accurate. There were no issues throughout the job, they protected everything and tidied up every single day, no signs of dilly dallying and only ever saw them take a quick lunch break. Never worked after 5pm cause they were always on the go and on schedule. “I used the London Bath Co to update my small bathroom in my flat in Maida Vale. I was impressed from start to finish with the customer service and responsiveness that I had from all team members. When I went in for my initial design consult Andre (designer) had already whipped up a design based on my email which was almost exactly what I was after. After a few changes to finishes, fittings and materials, we had a design ready to go. From then, the project was passed over to Karen (Project Manager) to manage and I met with Tom (Builder) who managed the project onsite. The whole process was easy, they were always responsive to my questions and they even managed to fit it in quickly a few weeks after I confirmed which was a bonus. I had shopped around and got a few different quotes from other companies and while they weren’t the cheapest I looked at, I not only got a good feeling from them, but the design, customer service, building work and after-care was incredibly good, and the materials used were all super high quality.
